EuroΒrake 2025

The VERA EU project took the stage at FISITA EuroBrake 2025 in 2-5 June 2025 in Barcelona, one of the world’s leading event for the brake and friction community. Alessandro Mancini from  BREMBO showcased our latest progress in tackling non-tailpipe particle emissions ‒a critical frontier in the fight against urban air pollution.

We are developing retrofitting brake solutions designed to reduce generated particles and capture particles at the source, by combining physical experimentation in the lab and under real-world conditions. This is a vital step in cleaning up our existing vehicle fleets and improving city air quality.
