The VERA Project at the 90th Thessaloniki International Fair
From high-level observers like the Prime Minister of Greece during his venue tour, to thousands of engaged fairgoers who visited the booth, the showcase reached a broad audience across the political, scientific, and public spheres. Visitors explored VERA informational flyers and physical retrofit systems, seeing firsthand how vehicle retrofitting can deliver a safer and cleaner urban environment.
A key highlight was the visit of Mr. Vassilis Trafalis, Director of European Programs at O.SY. (the primary public road transport operator in Athens, Greece), to our booth. Operating a large fleet of thermal and electric vehicles, including over 400 CNG buses, O.SY. showed strong interest in VERA’s retrofit solutions, leading to extensive discussions on adapting these systems for CNG bus fleets.
This event served as a fitting capstone to VERA following TRA2026, perfectly encapsulating the hard work, dedication, and success achieved throughout the project.
A big thank you to everyone who visited our booth! We look forward to meeting you at future events.
