The Transport Research Arena (TRA) 2026 event has officially came to a close, and for the VERA project, it was a great success! Our booth became a hub for everyone interested in the future of sustainable mobility and solutions to reduce tailpipe and brake emissions.

We are excited to announce that the VERA EU project will host its final dissemination event at the Transport Research Arena (TRA) 2026 in Budapest.
We were delighted to take part in this prestigious event organised by the VERT-Association and hosted by METAS –the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology– on 19-20 March 2026 in Bern, Switzerland. Click to read more.
The final EU Project AeroSolfd event was completed in Barcelona on 26 June 2025.

Delving into the details of particulate matter in Madrid's metro system focusing on trains’ brake wear!
The VERA project successfully convened its 12-month General Assembly at the Technische Universität Graz (TUG) in Austria on November 22nd and 23rd, 2023. The project partners gathered to review the accomplishments of the past year, and to engage in productive discussions and collaborative planning for future project milestones. The event, hosted by TUG, provided an opportunity for the consortium to coordinate strategies and bolster our commitment to advancing sustainable retrofit vehicle aftertreatment and brake technologies.
